Inter-Ministry Guidelines: Arm Guidelines For Interaction Between Member Ministries-Updated 8-7-26

In keeping with the overall purpose and vision of the Alliance of Remnant Ministries as a conduit of the will of Yahuah upon the earth by the grace of Messiah Yahusha, it is imperative that we, as the Alliance, make clear how the ministers and servants in each ministry can properly interact with member ministries in love and mercy.

#1 ARM is The Manifestation of Psalm 133

We are an alliance of many missions in Messiah. We are a brotherhood and sisterhood of many talents and visions. We offer help and remedy but each work must follow what Yahuah has called them to do, without recruitment from other houses in ARM, and with no pressure to adopt another ministry's vision.

ARM Meetings are vital and held monthly to hear, encourage and rejoice over all works, and members, and avoid being dominated by the vision of any one work or any one leader. We are an alliance, many ministries operating in UNITY to complete not compete.

#2 Local Internal Ministry Management:

All ministry personnel within any member ministry must resolve internal matters, conflicts, and issues concerning their respective ministry with the overseers of THAT ministry. They are not to run first the Apostles & Leadership within ARM directly, regardless of personal relationships they have with the ARM leadership.

All ministry staff, disciples, and ministry members should resolve all conflicts within a local ministry leadership and through their local guidance. Complex issues that arise may have to wait and members may need to be patient to meet with the local leadership of that ministry work. Patience is needed to work with the local ministry elders to resolve all matters in house.

Escalation To The Gates:

All matters of controversy can be escalated by local ministry leaders to request additional counsel of the Apostles directly. An earnest attempt to resolve local matters must first be convened in-house, over a long period of time, unless there are very rare severe and gross violations of basic principles of conduct that require escalation. TO BE CLEAR. THIS SHOULD BE THE RARE EXCEPTION, NOT THE RULE. All recognized Apostles at the time of the appeal, would hear any matter that is escalated by a local ministry for any legitimate reason. In accordance with the responsibilities of the overseeing Apostles, said matter will indeed be prayerfully reviewed before Yahuah, and may take a while.

#3 Accessing ARM Member Ministries Services:

In the event that any ARM member may desires to use or access the services/talents of another ARM house/or  individual member, said member should first approach their local leader for permission, before approaching another ARM member ministry. The leaders will touch base and discuss the request.

In respect and love for one another, no ARM leader should ever directly approach a disciple-parishoner of another house for any purpose without the knowledge of that local overseer. In order to avoid conflict between ministries, let all inter-ministry requests be processed through the ministry leaders, which helps forge unity between ministry leaders and overseers. It is our demonstration of the King’s command to Love one another, decently an in full kingdom order.

IMPORTANT: Any attempt by a congregant or local ministry staff to bypass this procedure, or any ministry which attempts to access the congregation of another ministry without the expressed permission of the leadership of that ministry, or by trying to bypass the leadership, subjects said person to firm rebuke, warning and correction.

#4 Blessed Are The Peacemakers:

If any issue that involves the leader or leaders of your group or house/ministry should be resolved within that ministry. It should NOT be escalated to ARM Apostolic leadership before spending much time and effort attempting resolution locally.

All escalations to the Apostles at the gates in any generation, have the potential to be difficult, as that puts the Apostles in a very uncomfortable position, with regards to internal conflicts of member ministries. In the RARE event of local resolution failure, the Matthew 18 protocol applies and said participants must present a written report of 3 witnesses/accusers to appear in person or via remote video call, that the matter may be resolved in accordance with the Torah before a hearing of the Apostles at the gates in any said generation. A meeting of the Apostles at the gates, will subsequently be scheduled to hear the matter.

In the event an accusation is against an Apostle himself, or for any recognized ARM ministry leader/overseer, all the recognized Apostles at the gates including the accused Apostle/leader shall be present to hear the matter and go before Yahuah. The office of Apsotle is the final human judge in all kingdom matters according to Ephesians chapter 4, and there should be a minimum of 2 apostles at the gates, at any given time.

#5 Requests For Support/Access To Any ARM Resource:

Any requests for any form of ministry support, including finances, outside of the local member assembly, including but not limited to the resources, meetings, or other resources, must be forwarded by the overseer of that said ministry and will be reviewed by the Apostles at the gates before Yahuah, so that the response of the Alliance always reflect the will of Yahuah in all things so that decency and order may prevail.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Any attempt to first bypass the local overseers of respective ARM member ministries, immediately will disqualify the request without further review.

Addendum-People who serve regularly and faithfully with character aprobation from their leader/s, may attend ARM meetings, along with their spouse. That can be in any honorable role, such as children's ministry, cooking and cleaning for the saints etc. at the request and reccomendation of their leader. We desire to be inclusive, rather than exclusive to all submitted to a five fold officer, in covenant faithfullness.
